P.A.T.H. | A for “ALIGN” (video)
💡 A for ALIGN. In recent posts, I’ve shared how the P.A.T.H. framework has helped me organize my self-development. In this short video, I talk through the second step a little bit more: A for ALIGN.
Alignment is rooted in determining + living into our core values. By identifying what matters most to us, we can work to ensure our actions reflect our authentic selves — elevating our personal & professional lives. 🙌🏻
For me, alignment isn’t about chasing any sort of ideal — it’s more about clarifying direction. 🧭 When our choices reflect our values, we generally feel more authentic, fulfilled & connected to what we’re working toward.
How Does Alignment with Our Core Values Support Self-Development?
✨ Acts as a compass for navigating decisions in both personal & professional life.
✨ Helps us recognize what truly drives fulfillment & prioritize opportunities that resonate with who we are.
✨ Supports clarity + effectiveness in development, coaching & feedback conversations.
