a bit about my journey.
Some careers follow a straight line — mine has intentionally taken the glorious scenic route. Guided by my core values of connection, creativity, entrepreneurship, verve & fun, I’ve pursued brands & opportunities aligned with these principles.
From Apple to Adidas, Zalando, Lululemon & On, I’ve built a career spanning learning, brand & program management. Each role expanded my scope, impact & passion for helping teams grow, connect & perform.
Most recently, I led Global Learning & Development at On, creating development programs designed to empower teams & sustain culture in a rapidly scaling organization. Before that, I developed L&D initiatives at Zalando, drove consumer training at Apple, and managed brand projects for Adidas & Lululemon.
Freelancing started as a side hustle — and I made sure it became a deliberate, strategic part of my career. Over the past few years, I’ve designed and facilitated learning experiences with diverse teams, sharpening my craft while staying closely connected to evolving industry trends.
Now, I’m expanding the best parts of my career — partnering with startups, scale-ups and new internal programs within established organizations where agility, growth & alignment are essential.
Outside of work, I also keep learning in motion:
5K Photo Tours: After visiting nearly 60 countries, I’ve learned that taking shots while jogging is actually a pretty great way to explore new places.
Language Immersion: Twelve weeks immersed in Spanish (Spain & Argentina), now living fully immersed in German (“Wunderbar! Ja, genau. Mit Karte, bitte…”).
EU (Ireland) & US Dual Citizen: Lifelong lessons in navigating different perspectives, cultures & airport security — plus super-handy for facilitating workshops on both sides of the Atlantic.
Cold Pizza + Hot Coffee: Years of rigorous research have revealed humanity's undeniable Breakfast of Champions. (#IYKYK)
