a bit about my journey.
With over 15 years of experience in learning, brand, and program management, I have worked with several renowned global brands, including Apple, Adidas, Zalando and Lululemon.
Currently, I serve as Head of Global Learning & Development at On. In this role, I lead initiatives to help the Oniverse elevate itself, build high-performing teams, and confidently guide On's culture and business into the future. My team's portfolio includes brand onboarding and leadership development, among several other culture-steeped learning programs and initiatives.
Previously, at Zalando, I led learning and development efforts within a startup team, supporting rapid team scaling and cross-functional collaboration within the broader organization. My journey includes roles at Apple, where I led a consumer training program and served as a regional business trainer and onboarding facilitator, and at Adidas, where I managed global brand flagship projects and drove strategic cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
Throughout my career journey, I've relied on my core values — connection, entrepreneurship, creativity, verve and fun — as a compass. My background in learning and development, brand, program management and an early career in the arts also shape how I approach my work. 5K Photo Tours: Exploring nearly 60 countries, I've found snapping shots while jogging a great way to discover new places.
Language Immersion: I spent 12 weeks in Spain and Argentina and am currently immersed in German (Wunderbar! Ja, genau. Mit Karte, bitte).
