L&D teams can deliver speed, scale & metrics yet I would argue our value lies in shaping subtler dynamics. The ones we feel before we can measure them.

📐When a learning experience is designed well, it can impact something deeper than a skill. It can shift how we collaborate. Or how aligned we feel to a mission. Or whether we feel like we belong. I call these cultural variables. And I think they're where L&D's real influence lives.
