CAREER UPDATE
After much reflection, I've made the bittersweet decision to conclude my journey at On at the end of March. Deciding to pass my flaming fire baton to the next leader wasn’t easy, but the time feels right to embrace new challenges & opportunities!🔥
The best part of On is the people (Cloud Monsters: a close second). A few shoutouts to those who made my time unforgettable:
🍷 Alessandra D.: I'll always be grateful for the opportunity. Our first weekend outside the Zurich Opera House w/ Julie — red wine + laughter through tears — still a favorite memory. "💅🏻"

🦄 My team: GL&D started as 3 folks, serving 1500. As On grew to 3500, we became 8, expanding global programming in incredible ways (humblebrag highlights in my LinkedIn profile 🙈). What I’ll cherish most, though, is the RARE sense of TEAM we built — laughing, learning & inspiring each other. Fani, Jo, Rachele, Roger, Clarissa & Fatima: Leading you has been an absolute PRIVILEGE — and I’ll miss you most of all.
What’s next? Stay tuned! While exploring meaningful opportunities to create innovative, impactful programming, I’m continuing my freelance design, facilitation & consulting with www.daywon.co — which also brings me great joy!💫
