interview: Talent Development Hot Seat

We don't want “...an army of clones; we want to create free-thinking individuals who can meet the moment and make a strong decision on behalf of the brand...”

I met career development expert Andy Storch at UNLEASH last year, and we had a really inspiring conversation about self-leadership and taking "ownership" of our development.

It was a pleasure to continue our discussion on his podcast earlier this summer. If you are in HR or Talent Development and are not yet listening to Andy’s podcast, I highly recommend you check it out.

Reflecting on my journey in Brand, Program Management and Learning And Development (+ an early career in the Arts 🤫), Andy and I discussed unconventional career paths and lessons learned from working at great companies like Apple, lululemon, and adidas.

In my current role, we talked about how a Brand Learning Philosophy is designed to help organization culture continue to flourish as it grows.
